PEMF is especially successful in bone and wound healing. The first medical PEMF used a steady current, which created heat. By pulsing the current, the electricity healed the body without heating the treatment area.
The author enthusiastically recommends PEMF device BEMER for multiple human ailments. Unfortunately she gives no proof as to whether it works. I researched BEMER after reading this book.
