Five 17 mW diodes on the participants’ navel area for 20 minutes. Then five 17 mW diodies on the participants’ back behind the naval area for 20 minutes.
The improvement among those who did improve was an average drop in total cholesterol of 18.8 points. The reduction ranged from 1.0 to 32.0 points.
Seven had greater than 200 mg/dl cholesterol prior to the experiment. Four emerged with cholesterol under 200 mg/dl.
Three of the 19 participants ended with higher cholesterol numbers.
