Therapy bulbs pack a lot of power into a small device. You mount the bulb into a light socket either as a handheld or on a lamp. I buy adjustable lamps for my bulbs or just hold them using a corded socket and switch.

I chose the Red Light Man Infrared Combo mini for its array of two red and two infrared wavelengths. Red Light man products are good at hitting the wavelengths that correlate to the greatest mitochondrial effect. I chose the Wolezek because it’s a powerful bulb with red and infrared at an affordable price. The Wolezek does not come with a lamp but you can buy it as a “Frequently Purchased With” on the Amazon listing.
Bulbs are good for people who want targeted treatment over a larger area than a handheld offers. They’re good for hands-free if you use a lamp. Bulbs are powerful but still small enough to put into a suitcase.
