Authors don’t always give specific parameters they used. In this study, they treated acne with wavelengths between 630 nm and 700 nm (red). Fortunately, red light therapy does not need to be precise. Each target structure has an optimum wavelength it absorbs best, but the cytochromes will absorb light of wavelengths nearby the optimal wavelength. If your light outputs between 630 nm and 700 nm, it will be close enough to copy this acne study.

In the study Acne Vulgaris in Women Red Light Dose  researchers treated patients with wavelengths between 630 nm to 700 nm light two times per week for 4 weeks.  After 8 treatments, the subjects had “decreased acne lesions” and “decreased skin sebum.”
